(Don't Miss Our New "Wedding Videos" page.  What better way to picture your own wedding at the farm than by seeing how others have used this gorgeous venue.)

Simple, beautiful, private and affordable - Wolftrap Farm offers a stunning site for outdoor weddings, with onsite accommodations for close to 60 guests in the Manor House, three luxurious cottages, the new Barn Apartment and the more recently added Baldy's Retreat and Cox Mill House.  If you have been looking for a venue where you can have a true week-end celebration with your loved ones staying with you on-site, you have found it at Wolftrap Farm.

Each of our Pavilions offer you a beautiful, rustic, indoor/outdoor reception facility, with a lovely dressing room, warming kitchen for your caterer, and a ceremony site with close-up views of the mountains.  The Cox Mill Pavilion, a former equipment barn, has been transformed into the perfect rustic and informal wedding reception space, complete with stage and dance floor, adjustable lighting options, ceiling fans and lawn area.  The new Black Meadow Pavilion, constructed in early 2018, copies all the best features of the Cox Mill Pavilion, but features mountain views from its hilltop location.

Beginning with 2024, we are offering a new, tented reception facility and ceremony site near our beautiful lower pond (near the front entrance). The Saturday rate for this site is just $2,000, and it can seat about 140. No booking of housing is required; one or more of the add-on houses can be booked if needed.

(Please be sure to visit our Facebook page by clicking on the box below.  There you will find many pictures of weddings at the farm, links to blogs about weddings at the farm, tons of reviews, etc.)

One of our ceremony sites is pictured above.  From this site, or from the hilltop site behind the Cox Mill Pavilion, the wedding guests face the tree-covered first range of the Southwest Mountains.  There is also a Pond-Side site that has special charm for nature lovers.

Since the wedding party, family and closest friends may stay on-site, many couples organize their rehearsal dinners on the farm as barbecues or cook-outs, using either their Pavilion or the shore of the pond. Bridal luncheons are often held under the large covered patio of the Servants' Cottage.

The ponds full of bass and bream, the Game Barn with its pool table, air hockey and ping-pong tables and other games, the rope swings, the horseshoe pits, the miles of woodland trails and the pastures adorned with beautiful horses assure that every generation from the children to the grandparents will be thrilled.

See page on Weddings - Details/Packages for more detail on cost, what you get for what you pay, etc.  Price information on this page is just a summary.  Any "Special Deals" will be on the Details/Packages page.

The Details/Packages page goes into more detail about pricing, what you get for what you pay, etc.  Plus that page has our answers to Frequently Asked Questions about weddings at the farm.  Be sure to read it.

Discount Months:  In July, August and November, the Pavilions are 20% off, but the houses are still full rate.  In December through March, all rates are 20% off, both houses and Pavilions.  Only the Cox Mill Pavilion is available from Mid-December to Mid-March, as we have the means to enclose its open side and provide heating for it.

Fridays are generally not available as that would interfere with our Saturday wedding bookings.  We make exceptions if we happen to have a Saturday with no wedding booked and we are past the time when someone is likely to book for Saturday.

The farm is also a great place to hold other celebrations, such as wedding anniversary parties, college reunions, birthday parties, bachelorette parties, and so forth.  There is no extra charge to have a dozen or so additional friends over for a cook-out at the farm, or just to hang out, fish and enjoy the scenery.  However, for larger events, please send a description of the event and the number of guests expected and we will work with you on pricing and a plan, including use of a Pavilion.

Here are some links to blogs about weddings at the farm, mostly from the photographers, but also some from wedding planners and officiants.
