LODGING & RATES

Manor House (Circa 1856; totally renovated 2004)

Entire House: Includes James Room, the Dolly Room, Efficiency Suite, and the Bunk Room, four full baths, living room, den, dining room, large eat-in kitchen, laundry, patio with hot tub, mountain views and sunsets from front porch.

$600/night week-ends; $500 week days, for up to eight guests; $25/night per additional guest. Two nights minimum most week-ends; $3,000/week for up to ten guests; $125/week per additional guest.
Discounts available for longer stays.

James Room: Spacious, bright, with sitting area and bath. Ground floor.
$170/night week-ends; $145 week-days; $750/week .
Dolly Room: This lovely room was the original “high parlor”, and features the most ornate original woodwork in the house. Ground floor.
$140/night week-ends; $120 week-days; $600/week.
Bunk Room: This upstairs room features two single beds with trundle beds below and a sleeper sofa, sitting area and full bath. Ideal for the children or for friends traveling together.
$120/night week-ends; $110 week-days, double occupancy. Add $20/person for each additional.

Efficiency Suite: Extra-large luxury suite on second floor of Manor House, with separate entrance, small kitchen, double whirlpool bath, and a screened “sleeping porch” with rockers, swing, breakfast table and beautiful mountain views. Shared use of patio and hot tub.

$220/night week-ends; $195 week-days. $1,000/week.

Efficiency Suite plus Bunk Room: Combines the Suite and the upper-floor Bunk Room (works well for the children).

$320/night week-ends;
$300 week-days, for up to four guests; $20/night per additional guest.
$1,550/week for up to four guests; $125/week per additional guest.

Pond House: Modern, casual living, with screened back deck overlooking a beautiful pond (geese, ducks, frogs, and fish included). One queen bed, one bunk bed with double bed below, plus queen-sized sleeper sofa in den. Washer-dryer and fully equipped kitchen.

$250/night week-ends;
$225 week-days, for up to four people; $25/night per extra guest. Two night minimum.
$1,250/week for up to four people; $125/week per extra guest.

Breakfast: A farm-style breakfast is offered in the eating areas (dining room, kitchen, upper porch and/or patio) of the Manor House to “Bed & Breakfast” guests paying full rate. Short term guests at the Pond House are provided a deluxe continental breakfast set-up or, at their option, ingredients to prepare their own hot breakfast in the Pond House’s kitchen. “Vacation Rental” guests (who are taking most or all of the Manor House or are at the Pond House for an extended stay at a discounted rate, have the use of the kitchens and prepare their own breakfasts, unless special arrangements are made. THESE ARE THE CUSTOMARY ARRANGEMENTS, BUT WE ARE FLEXIBLE.
